Security, Observability & AI – what you need to know
Platform approach
Many IT environments have evolved over the years by adding one specialist tool after another. SIEM analyzes security events, EDR protects endpoints, SOAR automates response, while separate solutions handle logs, infrastructure monitoring, APM and application analytics. The model works, but at scale it multiplies integrations, agents, data stores, skills and commercial agreements.
A platform approach reverses that logic: a shared data layer becomes the foundation used by multiple capabilities and teams. The same data can be analyzed by the SOC for signs of attack, by IT Operations for service failures, by DevOps for application behavior, and by AI as context for investigations or root cause analysis.
Security Operations
We build and develop Security Operations environments covering data centralization and correlation, SIEM, XDR/EDR, detection engineering, threat hunting, incident analysis, response automation and long-term security data analytics.
Observability
We provide end-to-end visibility into infrastructure, applications and services through logs, metrics and traces, APM, infrastructure monitoring, SLOs and anomaly analysis. Observability remains a separate Linux Polska practice area; here, it is part of a broader platform that also encompasses Security and AI.
AI & Automation
We use AI and automation to support triage, data enrichment, alert correlation, incident root cause analysis and repeatable operational actions. The key advantage is the ability to give AI broad context from security, application and infrastructure data instead of confining it to a single tool.
TCO & Consolidation
With a platform approach, we do not compare the price of a single SIEM license in isolation. We assess the total cost of the architecture: subscriptions, storage and retention, endpoints, additional modules, integrations, automation, operations, training, skills and the time teams spend working across multiple tools.
Security, Observability & AI
We design and implement platforms that bring together cybersecurity, IT observability and AI-powered automation. Instead of adding more technology silos, we help SOC, IT Operations, SRE and DevOps teams work from a shared data layer.
In practice, this means combining SIEM, XDR/EDR, Security Operations automation, log management, Observability, APM and AI within a coherent architecture. Elastic Enterprise is one of the core technologies we use to build such environments.
Elastic Enterprise as a platform

Elastic Enterprise self-managed uses a shared Elasticsearch platform across Search & AI, Observability and Security. Its self-managed licensing model is resource-based, meaning cost is tied to the platform resources consumed rather than requiring a separate license for every additional use case.

- Source: Elastic self-managed plans
Within Security, the platform includes SIEM, XDR, endpoint security and native automation. Elastic states that the Enterprise subscription includes native EDR without a per-endpoint fee, while Elastic Workflows can, in many scenarios, reduce the need to license a separate SOAR platform.

XDRElastic was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Extended Detection and Response (XDR) Software 2025.
Security AnalyticsElastic was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Security Analytics Platforms, Q2 2025.
ObservabilityElastic was named a Leader for the third consecutive year in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Observability Platforms 2026. In the Gartner Critical Capabilities for Observability Platforms 2026 Elastic ranked first in three use cases: Software Engineering, IT Operations and DevOps Engineering.
Endpoint SecurityIn the independent AV-Comparatives Business Security Test H1 2026 Elastic achieved a 100% Malware Protection Rate and 0 false alarms on common business software. This was the highest Malware Protection Rate among the 16 products tested.
